MANAJEMEN DAKWAH KUA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PEMAHAMAN MUNAKAHAT BAGI CALON PENGANTIN DI SELAGAN RAYA

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) da'wah improves the understanding of munakahat for prospective brides and grooms in Selagan Raya, and also aims to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing the da'wah. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The location of the study was at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Selagan Raya District, Mukomuko Regency. Data sources consist of two types, namely primary data: from informants (Head of KUA Selagan Raya, KUA staff, and two prospective brides and grooms) through interviews and observations, and secondary data: from various official documents, archive records, literature books, and other written sources relevant to the object of the study. Data collection techniques are carried out through three main methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out in stages consisting of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The KUA Selagan Raya District's da'wah management in providing an understanding of munakahat to prospective brides and grooms has been carried out systematically and effectively through the POAC approach (Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Supervision). At the planning stage, the material is prepared according to the standards of the Ministry of Religion and adjusted to the background of the participants. The organization is carried out through a structured schedule and cross-agency cooperation. The implementation of guidance is interactive and evaluative. Supervision is carried out through evaluation and feedback. Success is supported by staff competence, complete materials, adequate facilities, and participant enthusiasm. The obstacles include time constraints, differences in educational backgrounds, and lack of participant participation.
