Abstract
The advancement of information technology has encouraged educational institutions to adopt digital systems to improve efficiency and accessibility of services, including library management. This study aims to design and implement a web-based digital library management system at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Mukomuko as a solution to overcome the limitations of conventional library services. The methods used include field studies, interviews, and system development using the waterfall model. The result of this research is a digital library system that allows students and teachers to search for, borrow, and return books online, while also simplifying data management and reporting for library staff. The implementation of this system improves the operational efficiency of the library and facilitates easier and more flexible access to reading materials. Additionally, it supports the enhancement of digital literacy within the school environment.
