Journal of Learning and Character Education (JLCEdu) is an independent open-access journal published by SRA & YHMM Publishing. The journal is primarily funded through Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors or their funding institutions upon the editorial acceptance of their manuscripts.
These revenue streams are dedicated entirely to covering the operational costs of maintaining a high-standard peer-reviewed publication—including digital infrastructure, similarity screening tools, DOI registration, editorial systems, copyediting, typesetting, and long-term digital preservation.
