Abstract

Reading gardens or village libraries must be managed properly in order to provide good service to members, librarian, and leaders in finding references. Good service can be seen in the ease with which visitors can get efficient and accurate information. The change in the form of manual processing of Taman Baca to computer-based management is a solution to overcome information delays and difficulties in managing the detailed data collection of existing books. With the development of data communication technology, Anjung Pintar Reading Park information system can be made as a Web-Based Reading Garden Automation System using Slims. This research was conducted in order to create an information system for reading gardens that can provide efficient, good, and accurate information about reading parks for users, library administrators, and leaders. The research method that the author uses is qualitative research using a descriptive narrative approach and the form of research using case studies so as to produce a system that certainly makes it easier for managers.
